Senior Support Services Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Services Manager to join our team at Creative Support. As a Senior Support Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality support services to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, and long-term health needs.
The role will involve managing up to five supported tenancies within the Swinton area, working closely with a large management team in a nice office setting. You will be responsible for ensuring that the service maximises positive outcomes and achieves the highest standards of service delivery, contract, and CQC compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, managing, and supervising a team of staff
- Ensuring that caring and respectful personalised support is provided at all times
- Managing the accommodation and facilities effectively and ensuring that they are maintained to a high standard
- Ensuring that the service is provided in accordance with the individual's support plans, the service specification, and CQC requirements
- Maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders and commissioners
Requirements:
- A relevant degree or vocational qualification in health or social care
- High level of motivation and personal commitment
- Demonstrable skills and experience in assessing needs and planning support, deploying and supervising staff, and working effectively with stakeholders
