Briggs Equipment Ltd, a leading materials handling solutions provider, is seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in the efficient management of our parts department.
The Impact you will have:
- To assist in the effective management of inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
- To coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve parts-related issues and improve overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of parts inventory, including stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of parts and materials.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance parts management and logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
