About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at Nouvita Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient-centered care plans, ensuring effective communication with service users, carers, and staff.
  • Facilitate daily hospital activities, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Implement effective use of the Mental Health Act, ensuring the rights and dignity of service users are respected.
  • Assist in the development and revision of local policies and procedures, ensuring best practice is upheld.

Nouvita Healthcare Ltd. is a 40-bed hospital in north Hertfordshire, providing specialist psychiatric services for adults. Our hospital has two female PICU (Psychiatric Intensive Care) wards and two acute wards, offering a range of care and support services.
