Main Duties

You will work as an autonomous practitioner within a multidisciplinary hub, providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients
  • Liaising with other agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participating in quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration as a Mental Health Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
  • Experience working with patients with mental health needs, particularly in a multidisciplinary setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of current developments in mental health care and best practices
