Job Title: IT Disaster Resilience Manager

Teleperformance is seeking an experienced IT Disaster Resilience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and ensuring that our IT infrastructure and IT support within the UK, Ireland & Sub Sahara group has adequate IT Disaster Recovery (DR) processes and plans in place to continue providing services in the event of a disaster situation to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain IT DR plans, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with client contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and execute regular testing and exercises to validate the effectiveness of our IT DR plans and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that our IT infrastructure and systems are designed and implemented with disaster recovery in mind.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to ensure that all stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities in the event of a disaster.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with third-party IT suppliers to ensure that they are aligned with our IT DR plans and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT disaster recovery within a financial services or similar organization.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for IT disaster recovery.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
