Job Title: IT Disaster Resilience Manager

Teleperformance is seeking a highly skilled IT Disaster Resilience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the adequacy of our IT disaster recovery processes and plans to continue providing services in the event of a disaster situation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and ensure compliance with IT disaster recovery plans and processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to maintain and improve IT infrastructure resilience.
  • Plan and execute regular testing and exercises to ensure business continuity.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with third-party IT suppliers to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Support the development of business continuity recovery strategies and solutions.
  • Assist with audits and client questions for existing or new business.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of IT disaster recovery experience within a financial services or similar organization.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory or legal laws and regulations.
  • Experience working within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
