Role Profile

As an IT Disaster Resilience Manager at Teleperformance, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of our IT infrastructure and services in the event of a disaster. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, disaster recovery, and business continuity principles.

Location:

Hybrid, with a requirement to stay within close proximity to one of our sites in Bangor, Glasgow, Gateshead, Manchester, or Bristol.

We are looking for an experienced IT professional who can develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to ensure our IT services are resilient and can recover quickly in the event of a disaster.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure IT services are aligned with business objectives
  • Providing training and support to IT staff on disaster recovery and business continuity procedures
