Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at With Intelligence. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and products to senior executives within the asset management industry.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and products to senior executives within the asset management industry.
- Brand Awareness: Create and execute campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive delegate acquisition.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Investor Relations and Content teams to coordinate a dynamic engagement plan for our target audience.
- Audience Building: Work with other internal brands and platforms to build an audience of engaged contacts.
- Sponsorship Outreach: Support outreach for sponsorship across the portfolio.
- Industry Partnerships: Reach out and connect with relevant industry partners who will be vital to supporting the marketing effort.
- Data Research: Create accurate and in-depth data research requests for various audiences relevant to each event.
- Progress Reporting: Report on the progress of the event marketing strategy – providing feedback on successes and failures – ensuring we deliver audience targets.
- KPI Achievement: Achieve relevant KPIs and targets as set out by the team and be able to pivot campaign to ensure these are hit.
- Organizational Skills: Super organisation skills for planning and delivering – this is very important around events because they're so time sensitive.
- Event Marketing Experience: Previous experience of working in a B2B event marketing.
- Passion and Motivation: Passionate, self-motivated, and motivated, willing to participate in the team and be a stakeholder in developing this fast-growing brand.
- Collaboration Skills: Demonstrable ability to collaborate with all levels of leadership and across multiple teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Advance Microsoft office skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience of working within the investment management space preferred, but not expected.
