Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst Officer to assist with processing various data streams as our growth continues. This role requires strong IT and data analytics skills, with at least 2 years of experience in data administration or a similar field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extracting data from diverse sources and consolidating it into data files within specified timeframes.
  • Data cleansing and uploading data files onto Teams.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and usable data files.
  • Collaborating with the Data Manager and responding to queries for information and accessing relevant data files.
  • Ensuring confidentiality of information by keeping confidential data private and secure.
  • Handling ad hoc data information requests and attending meetings where informative data needs to be discussed.
  • Flagging trends or patterns to the Data Manager and working collaboratively with services colleagues to obtain data required to measure the impact of our services.
Requirements
  • Strong IT and data analytics background.
  • DA or IT certification holders are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • At least 2 years of experience within this field as a data administrator, data assistant or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Great attention to detail and high proficiency in Excel.
  • Able to take raw data and input it accurately.
  • Understanding of data confidentiality principles/GDPR.
