About You:


We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel data analysis, and CRM systems. Your experience in process improvement, agile principles, and strong communication skills will enable you to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality insights to drive strategy and performance improvement.


Key Responsibilities:


Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across ESO's business systems, regularly auditing and maintaining data to support reliable reporting and decision making. Utilize Power Bi to develop dynamic dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights, enabling stakeholders to make informed tactical and strategical decisions. Leverage systems to extract, analyse and interpret key business data, ensuring timely and relevant reporting across Customer Connections.


What You'll Need:


Strong analytical skills, with a proficiency in analysing large, complex data sets using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Demonstrated ability of managing information and presenting recommendations/conclusions to a variety of stakeholders. Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams and ability to influence outcomes in alignment with business goals.
