Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our BMS servicing division. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and commissioning services for our clients' building management systems (BMS).
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site surveys to identify maintenance requirements and provide detailed reports with recommendations.
- Commission various DDC control systems, including Trend, Cylon, Siemens, and Tridium, and complete wiring and commissioning schedules.
- Update control panel drawings and provide descriptions of operation in commissioning files.
- Create software, wiring, and commissioning schedules, as well as O&M documentation with descriptions of operation.
- Technical expertise on multiple BMS/HVAC products, including Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens, and ALC.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- A competitive salary of up to £52,000 per year.

- A full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, with day shifts.
At least 1 year of experience in BMS maintenance is required.
