Electrical Maintenance Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our BMS servicing division. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and commissioning services for our clients' building management systems (BMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular maintenance and servicing of BMS systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Commission new BMS systems, including wiring and commissioning schedules, and update control panel drawings.
  • Conduct site surveys and produce detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain software, wiring, and commissioning schedules, as well as O&M documentation.
Requirements:
  • Technical expertise in multiple BMS/HVAC products, including Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens, and ALC.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
