Electrical Maintenance Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our BMS servicing division, working with new and existing clients and contractors throughout the specified areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform regular backups of software and strategy files as required for all sites visited under a service agreement.
  2. Take electrical LAN maps of site architecture (if applicable) for all sites visited under a service agreement.
  3. Conduct conditional site surveys as required and produce fully detailed reports complete with recommendations.
  4. Commission various DDC control systems (Trend, Cylon, Siemens, and Tridium) including completing wiring and commissioning schedules, updating control panel drawings, and describing operation in the commissioning file.
  5. Create software, wiring & commissioning schedules and O&M documentation complete with description of operation.
Person Specification / Qualifications:
  1. Technical expertise on multiple BMS/HVAC products (Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens, ALC).
  2. Excellent customer service skills – ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
