About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Credit Management Department, which handles activity relating to the collection of unpaid energy bills and other companies within the Ecotricity Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high quantities of data to make good and timely decisions
  • Build collaborative relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Act as a key point of contact for regulatory and operational reporting
  • Design and develop advanced data pipelines
  • Ensure data quality and governance
  • Develop data integration processes
  • Design and develop data warehouses and data marts
  • Develop data visualisation tools
  • Write complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in BI, data manipulation, and problem-solving
  • Experience in building relationships and mentoring junior team members
  • Advanced data pipeline design and development skills
  • Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Spark)
  • High proficiency in SQL query writing
