About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Credit Management Department as a SQL Data Analyst. This is a hybrid role that requires working in our Stroud office 3 days a week and working from home the remaining days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, scope, develop, and deliver data solutions to meet the requests of stakeholders.
  • Seek opportunities to improve data insight and identify trends to define and improve business strategies.
  • Review reporting methods and processes, maximizing the opportunity to automate wherever possible.
  • Act as a key point of contact for both regulatory and operational reporting.
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL for data analysis (MS-SQL/Databricks - T-SQL, View and table design, Experience of ETL).
  • Strong technical analytical skills as a Data Analyst.
  • Managing and manipulating data experience.
  • Stakeholder management and facilitation of decisions of all sizes.
  • Strong presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
