Succeed as a Strategic Account Manager at VenueScanner

We're seeking a skilled Senior Account Director to spearhead our efforts in expanding our venue network presence. As a key member of our team, you'll focus on driving revenue growth and account retention across various sectors, including corporate, restaurants, bars, pubs, and music venues.

Primary responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and retention rates among key venue clients.
  2. Foster close relationships with venue groups, aligning their interests with ours to drive mutual success.
  3. Manage the entire post-sales cycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and performance management.
  4. Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 4 years of experience in account revenue growth, preferably in a dynamic environment.
  • A strong commercial mindset, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
  • Proven expertise in selling at group/network levels and leveraging CRM/HubSpot tools.
  • Exceptional communication and partnership-building skills.
