Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to our customers, resolving issues quickly and efficiently across our technology stack.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with the support team, contributing to the development of our internal knowledge base.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including product management and development teams, to deliver positive customer outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our support operations.
Requirements
  • ITIL Framework: Experience of working within an ITIL framework to investigate and resolve incidents.
  • Cloud Environments: Knowledge of cloud environments, including Linux and cloud-native, containerized Kubernetes applications.
  • Database Management: Knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • DevOps Practices: Basic knowledge of DevOps practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
