Supervisor - Flannels

At Flannels, we're seeking a talented Supervisor to lead our team at our luxury Alderley Edge boutique. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving the commercial performance of the store and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets through effective leadership and customer engagement
  • Oversee and execute all operational responsibilities related to running the store, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service
  • Collaborate with the internal departments to improve the overall customer journey and provide feedback on client trends
  • Ensure timely outreach to all clients and maintain accurate customer profiles
  • Act as an advocate for Flannels, embodying our company philosophy and values in all interactions with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Fashion or Marketing degree, or previous experience in a luxury consumer retail sector, ideally in customer service roles
  • Background in a retail leadership management role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a personal shopping/styling role is desired, with a deep understanding of luxury goods and high-net-worth client bases
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to think outside the box and problem-solve to strict deadlines
  • Eye for detail and outstanding organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
