Community Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the LiveWell Dorset service within local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with key stakeholder groups to support and facilitate the promotion of LiveWell Dorset.
- Identify and attend appropriate events to represent the service in a professional and confident manner.
- Enhance service usage by target groups and under-represented populations.
Requirements:
- Level 2 Understanding Health Improvement or equivalent.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- GCSE Standard or equivalent with A-C grades in English and Maths.

- Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability.
