Job Overview
Become a part of the dynamic team at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust as a Registration Clerk. This full-time, band 2 position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional support to patients and clinical staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with patients, clinical staff, GPs, and trust support staff via telephone, email, or in-person communication.
  • Carry out associated clerical duties, including maintaining accurate filing systems, receiving post, diary management, and scanning patient notes as required.

Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Previous NHS experience, preferably in clinical/administration roles.
  • Clinical/administration experience, including filing and/or reception.

Key Skills:
  • Excellent professional telephone manner.
  • Flexible approach to duties.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

This role offers a salary range of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
