About the Role:

As a Family Support and Assessment Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing critical support and services to vulnerable children and families. Your key responsibilities will include assessing family dynamics, developing individualized plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of family dynamics and identify areas of risk and need.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each child and family.
  • Work collaboratively with children, young people, and their families to develop and implement targeted interventions that promote positive outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Experience working with vulnerable children and families
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
