Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a complex caseload, undertaking assessments, SMART plans, and reviews with clear objectives and outcomes measures. You will also demonstrate expert practice in complex situations, assessing and managing risk, and contribute to the learning and development of others.

About the Role

As a Senior Practitioner Lead, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure the effective management of complex cases, providing guidance and support as needed. You will also participate in supervision and critically reflect on your case work to maintain accurate records using Medway Council recording systems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require post-qualification experience in children and families social work, experience working with diverse populations and families, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including training and development opportunities, pension scheme, and generous annual leave entitlement.
