Job Overview:As a key member of our team, the Programme Leader will play a crucial role in driving our Changing Places programme in Greater London. This is an exciting opportunity to join Sporting Equals and contribute to our mission to promote disability inclusion in community sport.
The post holder will be responsible for developing and implementing programmes to promote disability inclusion, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting the delivery of our Stand for Inclusion Growth Strategy.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in delivering disability inclusion focused programmes
- Strong understanding of place-based working
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
