Inclusive Coaching and Training

Disability Sports Coach is committed to addressing the inequalities faced by disabled people in the UK. We do this by providing inclusive coaching and training opportunities, empowering disabled individuals to participate in sports and physical activities.

As an Accessible Recreation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering adapted sports activities in schools and colleges, ensuring that disabled children can join PE classes with their friends. You will also train teachers, coaches, and volunteers with the skills to confidently deliver inclusive coaching sessions.

We estimate that this role will pay around £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are committed to creating a more inclusive society, we would be delighted to hear from you.
