Inclusive Cycling Programme Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Programme Coordinator to join our team in Greater Manchester and Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering inclusive cycling programmes for children, adults, and individuals with disabilities or long-term conditions.

About the Role
  • Coordinate and deliver inclusive cycling programmes, ensuring they meet the needs and requirements of participants.
  • Work closely with volunteers, community groups, and stakeholders to promote cycling opportunities and build relationships.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes to ensure alignment with our organisational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in programme coordination, ideally within a disability-focused organisation.
  • A passion for promoting inclusivity and accessibility in sports and recreation.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Flexibility to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Contract

Salary: £23,500 per annum, dependent on experience and location. Contract: Fixed term, until 31 March 2026.
