Endoscopy Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endoscopy Registered Nurse to join our team at Benenden Hospital Trust. As an Endoscopy RGN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical expertise in planning and implementing high standards of patient-focussed care, following hospital policies, guidelines, and protocols.
- Support the Ward team and provide supervision and delegated line management to junior members of the team.
- Contribute to the delivery of service provision in line with cost efficiency, planned activity, and regulatory compliance with all policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assume responsibility for an area of practice, such as Infection Prevention and Control, Wound Care, Pain Management, or Health and Safety.
- Participate in ILS training and demonstrate a willingness to undertake training in areas such as basic phlebotomy and ECG monitoring.
Requirements:
- Basic phlebotomy and ECG monitoring skills.
- Excellent organisational planning and problem-solving skills.
- Sound computer skills, including MS Office Suite and web-based reporting systems.
