Job Title: Senior Staff Nurse - Endoscopy

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our dynamic and forward-thinking nursing team at Spire Tunbridge Wells Hospital.

About the Role:
  • As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will work as part of our Surgical Nursing team on the ward, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth running of the department.
  • You will be responsible for carrying out individualized nursing care and procedures to the highest standards, complying with hospital policies and procedures at all times.
  • You will also be expected to troubleshoot and raise concerns to the Ward Manager, support the nursing team and students, and delegate work to others.
  • Competent to make safe discharge decisions working with our consultant team.
Requirements:
  • NMC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions.
  • Minimum of 1 year senior nursing experience.
  • Ward experience is desirable for this position.
  • Excellent communication skills, along with being organized and able to showcase excellent patient care.
