About the Job

We are seeking qualified and experienced candidates to work on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply basis as Teaching Assistants in secondary schools across Lincoln and surrounding areas. This opportunity is perfect for those who have experience working with students in KS3/KS4, enjoy building relationships quickly, and are looking for flexibility in their schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work on a part-time or full-time basis, choosing the days that suit you best.
  2. Develop your skills across various schools, classes, and year groups.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your teaching and learning skills while working in a supportive team environment.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities to students in KS3/KS4.
  • Assist with planning and preparation of teaching materials and resources.
  • Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and other staff members.

Salary:$28-$38 per hour (dependent on location and experience)
