JB Hi-Fi is seeking a seasoned Health and Safety Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on occupational health and safety matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with policy development and implementation to minimize workplace hazards and risks
    * Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff knowledge and awareness of safety protocols
    * Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend control measures
    * Collaborate with senior management to establish and implement safety strategies and goals
    * Provide expert advice and guidance on Work Health and Safety legislation and best practices
    * Foster strong relationships with employees, suppliers, and contractors to promote a culture of safety and well-being

    Requirements:

    • Qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
      * Minimum 2 years of experience in a health and safety role
      * Strong understanding of Work Health and Safety laws and regulations

    Benefits:

    A salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, comprehensive training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
