Community Payback Supervisor Opportunity

Service Care Solutions is a leading recruitment agency for the Probation service nationwide. We are currently seeking a Community Payback Supervisor to join our team in Northamptonshire.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed, alerting relevant staff to any risk and completing associated paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Ensure appropriate tools, equipment, and supplies are available in accordance with local procedure and that instructions for safe use are followed by service users.
  • Maintain all service users' records in accordance with organisational requirements, updating information onto the case management system in a timely and accurate manner.
Essential Experience
  1. Effective inter-personal skills with the ability to supervise people constructively while maintaining authority.
  2. Knowledge of safety at work, public protection, and risk of harm in all aspects of work.
Technical Requirements
  1. Basic knowledge of First Aid and willingness to undertake further training.
  2. Driving Licence.
