About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Inclusion Worker to join our team at Northamptonshire Police. As a Specialist Inclusion Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our communities and promoting inclusion and diversity within our organization.


Key Responsibilities

As a Specialist Inclusion Worker, your key responsibilities will include:


  • Providing support and guidance to individuals and communities to promote inclusion and diversity.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote inclusion and diversity within our organization.
  • Working closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure that our services are accessible and inclusive to all.
  • Providing training and awareness-raising sessions to promote understanding and appreciation of diversity and inclusion.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our inclusion and diversity initiatives.
