Job Description

The Associate Academic Manager is a key role responsible for supporting the setup and operations of the campus in accordance with Head Office directives. Reporting to the Academic Manager, this position assists with campus functionality, including staff supervision, student welfare, and coordination with facilities management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all academic activities on campus, including curriculum delivery, student assessment, and adherence to academic standards.
  • Assist in monitoring the performance of lecturers, ensuring quality teaching and compliance with established academic guidelines.
  • Help guide Academic Coordinators and Programme Leads in managing lecturers and finding suitable candidates for teaching roles.
  • Assist in the induction of new staff according to company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to collect course progression reports and assist in compiling bi-weekly and monthly reports on staff and student performance.
  • Support academic leadership in ensuring academic staff and classrooms are fit for purpose and well-equipped for class delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in educational management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the campus community.
