We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialist Inclusion Worker to join our team at Northamptonshire Police. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization
- Providing training and support to staff on equality, diversity, and inclusion issues
- Working with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to inclusion
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of inclusion initiatives
