Overview of the Role
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming patients upon arrival and managing incoming phone calls, along with various reception tasks.Processing and redirecting electronic communications, including laboratory results and correspondence from secondary healthcare providers.
Scheduling, modifying, and canceling appointments as necessary.
Managing prescription requests from patients, both through electronic systems and over the phone.
Additional administrative duties such as responding to practice-related emails, coordinating with external organizations, and maintaining an organized filing system.

Qualifications
Proficiency in English and Mathematics through essential skills training. This position is diverse, fulfilling, and demanding, making it ideal for candidates who are self-motivated and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.The ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with patients is essential.
Required Skills
