The Role

We are looking to recruit an Administrator/Receptionist for our busy office in Swansea. This is a front-of-house role that involves providing administrative support to the admin team.

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for clients and employees visiting or calling the office
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing post, including franking mail and liaising with couriers
  • Visibility of staff diaries to make appointments and prepare staff status and movements
  • Undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, meeting rooms, and ad hoc duties
  • Maintain client record system
  • Provide support to the wider admin team

Requirements

  • A self-motivated, flexible individual who can use their initiative
  • Either worked in a similar role or can demonstrate a professional approach and organised style
  • Microsoft Office skills are a must
  • Ability to build relationships and feel like a key member of our team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
