The Role
We are looking to recruit an Administrator/Receptionist for our busy office in Swansea. This is a front-of-house role that involves providing administrative support to the admin team.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for clients and employees visiting or calling the office
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing post, including franking mail and liaising with couriers
- Visibility of staff diaries to make appointments and prepare staff status and movements
- Undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, meeting rooms, and ad hoc duties
- Maintain client record system
- Provide support to the wider admin team
Requirements
- A self-motivated, flexible individual who can use their initiative
- Either worked in a similar role or can demonstrate a professional approach and organised style
- Microsoft Office skills are a must
- Ability to build relationships and feel like a key member of our team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
