The Role
We are looking to recruit an Administrator/Receptionist for our busy office in Swansea. In this front-of-house role, you will provide administrative support to the admin team while being the first point of contact for clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, including franking mail and liaising with couriers.
- Visibility of staff diaries to make appointments and prepare staff status and movements.
- Undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, maintaining meeting rooms, and ad hoc duties as required.
- Maintain client record systems.
- Provide support to the wider admin team.
Requirements
- A self-motivated, flexible individual who can use their initiative.
- Microsoft Office skills are a must.
- Ability to build relationships and feel like a key member of our team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
