As a key member of our team, you'll effectively manage the operatives' diaries to ensure the right colleague is sent to the right job and that their day is planned to reduce travel time, maximise productivity, and deliver an exceptional customer service.

You'll also communicate regularly with our contractors and suppliers to arrange delivery of services and equipment, as well as with our customers to keep them informed about when we'll be visiting to carry out the service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing operative diaries to ensure efficient job allocation
  • Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to arrange service delivery
  • Communicating with customers to provide updates on service schedules
