Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex mental health needs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct training and education sessions for medical and non-medical staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
