Medieval Architecture Board Member

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our advisory committee as a trustee. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of Norwich Historic Churches Trust by providing strategic guidance and support to our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the board in achieving its objectives
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Operations, Conservation and Heritage, and the staff team
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Strong interest in medieval architecture and heritage buildings
- Good understanding of current people and building management strategies, policies, and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Estimated salary: £**28,000-£38,000 per annum**, depending on experience and qualifications. The role offers a range of benefits, including a company pension scheme, flexitime arrangements, and free parking on site.
