Become a key member of the Norwich Diocesan Board of Finance Limited team and contribute to the success of the local parish mission and ministry of Church of England churches, schools and chaplaincies across Norfolk and Waveney.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Chief Executive in their role as Company Secretary, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the administration of governance meetings, including the development and communications of schedules for future meetings.
  • Co-ordinate the electoral process for various boards, councils and committees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of governance and electoral related information.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives.
