We are seeking a Store Operations Coordinator to join our team in Thetford. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating store operations, developing in-store systems, and promoting donations and sales to maximise profits.

About the Role
  • Coordinate store operations to achieve profit targets and ensure sales are maximised and costs are effectively managed.
  • Develop in-store systems to promote donations and sales.
  • Maintain the store to a high standard of presentation throughout.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an assistant manager or supervisor, with the ability to maintain budgets and complete weekly income and banking sheets accurately.

Requirements
  • An experienced assistant manager or supervisor with the ability to maintain budgets and complete weekly income and banking sheets accurately.
  • A flexible approach to working hours and days, including working weekends and Bank Holidays as appropriate.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays), and service-related sick pay when 6-month probation is completed.
