Job Summary

Studio Gobo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Producer to join our team on an unannounced AAA game project. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading the development of the game, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the project, ensuring that the team is prepared to address any challenges that arise.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and workflows to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
  • Communication: Communicate project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.

Requirements

  • Experience: Several years of experience in game development, with a strong background in project management, leadership, and client management.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.
