Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled dietitian to join our innovative team, providing dietetic care to elderly patients in a community environment. This is a great opportunity to develop your portfolio of dietetic skills and work with a supportive team.

Main Duties

As a dietitian specialist, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, seeing patients in care homes and their own homes across Brent. You will provide training programs for care home staff and deliver outpatient clinics. You will also be part of a team that holds monthly peer support sessions and provides 1:1 supervision to facilitate clinical excellence and personal development.

About the Role

This is a 1 WTE (full-time equivalent) permanent Band 6 position. Part-time and job share would be considered. We currently offer hybrid working for staff once they complete their probationary period.
