Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Efficiently process customer transactions, handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
