About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team at The Selection Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business and growing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the steel industry, preferably with a background in selling plate, sheet, and coil
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Results-driven and ambitious, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in sales software and systems
  • UK-based and able to commute to Dudley
