Education Support Assistant

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Vision for Education - Cambridge. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with their learning, often on a 1-1 basis, and provide assistance to teachers in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:- Support children with special educational needs in a 1-1 or small group setting
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
- Provide administrative support to the teaching team
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Level 2 qualification in teaching assistance or equivalent experience
- Experience of working with children, particularly those with special educational needs
- Ability to provide references to support recent work with children
- Availability for a minimum of 3 days per week
