Job Title: Local Authority Tendering Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at The Curve Group. As a Local Authority Tendering Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our organisation's reach through local authority tenders and grant applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop tender preparation strategies to secure funding opportunities
  • Oversee the quality of tender submissions and ensure timely delivery
  • Foster partnerships with local stakeholders and gather intelligence to inform tendering decisions
  • Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Business Development role or equivalent
  • Proven track record of leading the tendering process, from submission to implementation
  • Strong understanding of competitive tendering and experience producing high-quality tenders
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing tight timescales and multiple priorities
