Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Enlighten Supply Pool Ltd. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for special education and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of children with Autism.The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and other support staff to ensure each child's individual needs are met. Key responsibilities include assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities, providing one-on-one or small group support, implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and utilizing strategies such as visual aids, sensory tools, and alternative communication methods.Estimated Salary Range:£25,000 - £35,000 per annumThis role requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who can work collaboratively as part of a team to provide high-quality support to students with Autism.
