Job Overview

This SEN Teaching Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to work with children with a range of abilities and needs. As a key member of our team, you will support the class teacher in delivering lessons and providing individualized support to children with SEN. Your primary focus will be on creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that allows children to thrive.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and providing individualized support to children with SEN
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote learning and engagement for children with various abilities and needs
  • Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure that each child's goals are met and their progress is tracked

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of supporting children with SEN and a passion for making a positive impact on their lives.
