Job Title: Teaching and Learning Associate

Location: Richmond

We are looking for a skilled Teaching and Learning Associate to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves. This is a permanent PAYE contract with a competitive daily rate of £96-105.

The successful candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience and access to professional development opportunities, assisting in creating and delivering engaging lessons, supporting students with their academic work, and contributing to tracking learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of lesson plans and resources.
  • Support teachers in delivering lessons and providing feedback to students.
  • Help track student progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
